In 2069, humanity has terraformed and colonized the Jupiter and Saturn systems, developing the resource-rich moon Ganymede as an Earth colony. The invading alien Deskyura, seeking those same resources, launch a war against humanity. Though the invaders are initially repelled, they resume their offensive, prompting Earth to build the giant transforming robot Bismark. Four young pilots — Shinji, Bill Wilcox, Richard Lancelot, and Marian LeVelle — are gathered to form the Bismark Team, fighting both from within the giant robot and on the ground in reinforced Protect Gear armor. The series became internationally famous in a heavily adapted English-language form as Saber Rider and the Star Sheriffs, combined with footage from Galactic Cyclone Bryger and Galactic Gale Baxinger.
